How to get rid of left overs? Here is a nice smoothie recipe:
Portions : 10
1 medium avocado, pitted
1 medium banana
1 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen
2 cup spinach
1 ½ cups milk or yogurt (plain Greek yogurt works well)
Water (to adjust consistency, as needed)
Small disposable cups
Place all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
Pour smoothie into cups and insert popsicle sticks.
Place cups on a tray or baking sheet and freeze for 2-3 hour
