And here are a few pictures from the “Dream in a Bottle” activity.
This has been another day spent with the kids, sharing their dreams and their smiles. They’re so cheerful, and so generous. It’s baffling when you think about it. They have so much to give and ask for nothing in return.
Today we gave the students a slip of paper that said: “Write a dream that you never dare to write about.” They all did, even the older ones. We got them to put their paper dreams in an imaginary bottle, in a special spot in their heart. Through the “glass,” they can see their dreams with clarity and believe in them – and then do everything they can to achieve them.
