YIELD : 12
6 large eggs
½ cup milk
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp black pepper
1 cup grated cheese
1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder and pepper. Add cheese and peppers, mixing until fully combined.
2. Spray a muffin tin with non-stick spray. Scoop out ¼ cup mixture into each muffin tin. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes
Notes: Recipe doubles easily. Add your own combination of veggies, cheese or meat.
