Since the Breakfast Club joined forces with the Fedération des producteurs d’œufs du Québec in 1999, we have served up thousands of eggs in a variety of ways to our young breakfast program enrollees, year in, year out. Omelets, French toast and breakfast burritos are only a few of the delicious morning meals made with the eggs provided.
Plus the FPOQ gives us access to their Bistro à coco! food truck, which travels to special events throughout Quebec in order to promote the versatility, nutrition and wholesome goodness of eggs. Proceeds from the sale of the egg-based dishes prepared on the truck are frequently donated to partner charities, of which we are proud to be one.
