95g can tuna, well drained and flaked
2 slices of tomato
1 tsp reduced fat mayonnaise
2 slices of multigrain bread
4 fresh spinach leaves
In a small bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise and salt. Mix with a fork until well combined.
Place bread on a board. Top one piece of bread with tuna mixture, spinach and tomato slices. Top with remaining bread. Cut in half, wrap and pack.
