When you don’t eat breakfast, you’re missing out on much more.

Breakfast is much more than just a meal

For too many children, the day still begins without breakfast.

For more than 30 years, Breakfast Club of Canada has been working to ensure that every child has access to a nutritious breakfast at school and an equal chance of succeeding.

This school year, you can make up for what they’re missing.

81% of parents report a positive impact on their child

“Students are excited to be at school in the morning and look forward to breakfast to start their day. They seem more excited to learn after they have eaten and participate more actively in the classroom.”

What breakfast changes, beyond the plate

It’s also :
  • The energy needed to grow, learn and have fun.
  • The ability to focus, keep up in class and participate fully.
  • Self-confidence and the feeling of being ready to have a successful day.
