CRM Data Entry Clerk (6-month)

Status: Full time, Temporary 6-month
Location: Telework
Experience: 1 year

The CRM Data Entry Clerk is responsible for ensuring the data held within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce, is complete and accurate. The CRM Data Entry Clerk will assist with updating existing donor and client information as well as entering new records.


  1. Data input of new contacts
  • Entry of all new donor and client information
  1. Data cleaning – systematic review of all existing contacts including
  • correcting errors and creating consistency in how/where data is recorded
  • confirming information is current and correct to ensure integrity of data


  • Minimum 1 year of Data Entry
  • Proficiency with Salesforce software
  • Strong computer, administrative and data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when working with sensitive information
  • Bilingualism required (English and French spoken and written)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite of programs
  • Good level of written and verbal communication skills
  • Good time management and organisational skills
  • Professional and ability to work proactively and be resourceful
  • Interpersonal skills with diverse to work both independently and collaboratively with set of personalities
  • Confident, proactive, flexible approach
  • Must be able to work independently with a demonstrated ability to use initiative


  • Full time, temporary position (6-month)
  • A salary ranging between $33,000 and $35,000 per year
  • Work location: Teleworking
  • Must satisfy a security check
  • Starting date: as soon as possible
