Laurence is the founder of Lau à la bouffe. In 2015, she completed the University of Ottawa’s specialized bachelor’s degree in nutrition sciences (B.Sc.Nut) with integrated practicum placements. Then, in 2018, she graduated from Advanced Culinary Arts, a signature program at the Institut de tourisme et d’hôtellerie du Québec. She has decided to support the Club by creating healthy recipes for it to share on social media.
