The Club’s FNMI Committee is made up of dedicated field experts who have developed a specific approach to address the needs of First Nations, Métis and Inuit communities. The FNMI Committee’s mandate is threefold:
1. Share knowledge and best practices with Club members and schools to offer culturally inclusive, community-driven breakfast programs that promote holistic well-being for FNMI children and youth.
2. Provide direct assistance to communities in developing strategies to make their breakfast programs as sustainable and autonomous as possible.
3. Establish local, regional and national partnerships within the network of breakfast program stakeholders.
