- 1 apple
- 1¼ cup (300 g) plain yogurt
- 4 to 6 tbsp (60 to 90 ml) Canadian maple syrup (extra light)
1. Peel apple and slice into 4 to 8 pieces.
2. Put all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour into a glass and serve.
